  • • Coordinating with the internal departments like Creative, Operations and Productions and the client for smooth execution of Event/BTL. See to it that the event goes on smoothly and flawlessly
  • • Be in constant touch with the client before, during and after the event
  • • Wind up the event and take appropriate clients feedback
  • • Having strong communication skills and industry knowledge

Manager - Production


  • • 2 to 3 years experience in event production
  • • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • • Sound knowledge of technical
  • • Up-to-date with new technologies and applications in the industry

Sales Co-ordinator/ Front Office - Female


The post-holder will be responsible for meeting a monthly and annual sales target by responding to all in-coming enquiries to the Conference and Banqueting department, writing proposals, meeting clients, converting bookings and co-ordinating all details relating to the event. Some pro-active sales activity will need to be conducted.


In-coming enquiries

  • • To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone and email, preparing brochures as required
  • • To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary
  • • Contracting bookings and raising invoices
  • • Co-ordinating all details for the client,
  • • Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach
  • • Responding to and co-ordinating all internal meeting requests
